The Challenge Clayton Early Learning came to us with a clear goal: make their annual fundraiser unforgettable — and make it count. The stakes were high: $100K in donations, 90% of tickets sold, and a night that left donors inspired to give generously. But this wasn’t just about event logistics. It was about telling a story that moved people to act.
The Approach We built a brand experience for Taste of Clayton that was equal parts elegant and heartfelt — honoring the power of early education while giving guests a reason to celebrate. Our team led creative direction across all touchpoints: from a cohesive event identity and storytelling deck to print materials that matched the tone of the evening — elevated, warm, and purpose-driven. But the heart of the night? Stories. We filmed and shared emotional, unscripted moments with families whose lives were transformed by Clayton. These real voices became the soul of the event — grounding the glamour in purpose. From the live performance by Spinphony to the gourmet tasting experience, every element was crafted to reflect community, impact, and joy. And when the final tally came in? The goals weren’t just met — they were exceeded.
