The Blank Company was instrumental in orchestrating a leadership development and coaching initiative focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) for Commerce City. This project aimed to elevate awareness and understanding of DEIB principles among city leaders, equipping them with the tools and language necessary to foster meaningful connections within their community. The overarching goal was to create a more inclusive environment where every leader is supported and confident in navigating and advocating DEIB values, ultimately enhancing the city’s community and workplace culture.
